Elegant white dress… tearful maid-of-honor speech… a precious father/daughter, mother/son dance… it had all the signs of a traditional Hawaii wedding. But, Cameron and Jacque’s big day was anything but. Ask anyone — it was a PARTY — a full day of belly laughs, spunk, and personality. Oh, so totally Cam and Jacque =)

The flowers, the venue, the little details… EVERYTHING was picture perfect and the bride and groom were stunning. But, from the very beginning, this fun-loving, down-to-earth couple’s attitude was, ‘eh, whatever… we just want our guests to have a BLAST!’

From the very beginning.. Garrett and Kelly were self-proclaimed ARIA fans. They subscribe to our blog, and watch every video.. and email saying “that was freaking awesome.” But really, it should be the other way around. We are Garrett and Kelly fans.

Garrett is a local boy from Kauai.. Kelly is a darling from L.A…brought together by the IRS (literally! They met at a work convention!). They are laid-back, fun, and the sweetest people ever. From the speeches to the dancing.. the most hilarious bridesmaid video ever (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=agIu4jC6K6w) and their awesome vendors… their wedding felt like family. We are so grateful to have been a part of their big day! CONGRATS!

I asked Larry and Elysa once, while storyboarding their Love Story Feature… “What do you guys do for fun?” ..to which they replied (only half-jokingly) “…um, …DRINK!”

I liked them already =)

But, then I really got to know them. Then, I realized why, on their soggy, but beautiful wedding day, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Larry and Elysa are beautiful, successful, and the life of the party… but they also have the biggest hearts, the sweetest spirits, and amazing family and friends that absolutely adore them. They are the kind of couple that will make sure to talk to everyone at the wedding, give a happy birthday shout-out to our Kash from the podium, and save the last dance for dad. They are the kind of couple you can’t help but fall in love with….

…we sure did! =)

She’s a fashionista. He’s a professional poker coach. They like motown and pokemon… and love Vegas! It’s official. We have the best job ever. Rolling on the floor laughing, and dancing along with the bridal party can hardly qualify as work. Gabe and Raina got married at a beautiful private Kahala home, just a foot away from the ocean. Ahhhhhh-mazing *sigh*!! And, to think the song, “Shine, by Shannon Noll” — was an accident! …we stumbled upon it while looking for another song, but it turned out to be THE PERFECT reflection of the crazy bridal party and the fun feel of the entire day! One word: HILARIOUS!! This is the full-length version of Jordan and Brandi’s love story that we presented at their lovely August 15th reception at Luana Hills. Shot on Lanai, and some of Oahu’s premier ‘grass-locations’ — it was just as fun to shoot as it was to watch! We love you guys!! CONGRATULATIONS! =) -KA

It’s a common practice for videographers to “cleanup” SDE’s before posting — us included. Most times, it’s minor: crop here, color correct there, clean up a few edits or swap a clip. We’re perfectionists, we’re never satisfied. We want to put our best foot forward before the world sees our work.

For Brook and Char — yes I could pick out a few things I wouldn’t mind tweaking — but they love love LOVED their video so we wanted to keep everything in tact. This is their untouched SDE, exactly how we presented it at their reception (after their super hilarious skit). They are sweet, fun, funky and feisty and now… our really good friends =)! -KA
